FORVERTZ / CAPABILITY 02

Business automation, from trigger to handover.

Forvertz builds connected business workflows across forms, CRM systems, applications and data. Benoit Novel works with n8n, Zapier and custom integrations to turn repeatable manual handoffs into a defined process.

Discuss your project

START WITH THE USEFUL QUESTION

Give the repeatable a way to run.

Automation starts with understanding what happens today: the trigger, the information people copy, the decisions they make and the exceptions they resolve. We map that path before connecting tools. The aim is a process your business can follow and maintain, with a clear owner at each step.

Where this can help.

01

Lead intake and follow-up

Move information from a form or enquiry into the appropriate record and next action. Agree how duplicates, incomplete submissions and changes of status should be handled before the workflow goes live.

02

CRM and application handoffs

Connect systems such as Monday.com and Jotform through supported integrations or APIs. Map the fields and ownership so that each system receives the information it actually needs.

03

Data operations and reporting

Coordinate data updates, application tasks and report publication. Make the sequence repeatable and decide how the person responsible will find out when a step needs attention.

From scope to working system.

We map the existing process, identify the tools and access it requires, and choose a manageable first workflow. The build covers the normal path and agreed exceptions. Before handover, we test representative records, review what happens when a dependency fails, and document how to operate the workflow.

FROM THE FIELD NOTES

A connected enrollment workflow

An education workflow connects lead intake, forms, Monday.com and enrollment records so that information can move through the next step. A separate data-operations project automates data updates, a Windows analysis application and report publication. Client details and performance figures are not published.

A few useful answers.

Which tools can you connect?

Examples include n8n, Zapier, Monday.com and Jotform, alongside custom APIs and web applications. An integration depends on each system’s API, permissions, subscription and data structure. I check those constraints before proposing a solution.

Can you automate an existing process without replacing our software?

Often the useful starting point is the handoff between your current tools. We first check what those tools support and whether the process itself needs simplifying. A new application is only one possible answer.

What happens when an automation fails?

Failure handling belongs in the scope. Depending on the workflow, that can mean logging, notifications, retry rules or a manual review step. We agree which failures need a person and how the process can recover without duplicating work.

How is business automation priced?

The quote depends on the number of systems, access requirements, process complexity, exceptions and support needs. We agree the scope and quote before the build. Software subscriptions and usage costs are considered separately from implementation work.

BRING ME YOUR WHAT-IF

Start with one useful thing.

Describe one task your team repeats, the tools involved, and what triggers the work. Include the awkward exceptions: they usually tell us where the real design decisions are.
