forvertz uses Plausible Analytics to understand overall visits and how pages are used. Plausible runs without analytics cookies on this site. The analytics script and resulting requests are handled by Plausible under its data policy.
The site does not include advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or a newsletter signup. Fonts and our own images are served with the site. Article photographs and some directory previews load from Pexels or the relevant product provider. These providers receive connection information, such as your IP address, when your browser requests their images.
The hosting service processes connection information, such as IP address and request details, to deliver the website and maintain its security. Infrastructure providers may use their own security or access mechanisms. The contact form uses the country code supplied with the hosting request to preselect a calling code. If no country code is available, it uses your browser language as a fallback. This choice is not saved unless you submit the form.
The site uses the hosting country code and browser language to suggest a language on first arrival. Choosing English, French or German stores a functional language-preference cookie for one year. You can change this choice using the language switcher. We do not use a separate geolocation service or store an IP address for this preference.
Project enquiries and free tools
The website opportunity review fetches the public webpage address you enter to check its HTML and page-level signals. The page address, an extract of its public text and the checks are sent to OpenRouter to produce a tailored review. The AI infers the business context and likely visitor action from that page; you do not need to enter them separately. The tool does not send your contact-form details to the AI, log in, install anything or inspect private pages. forvertz does not store the address or resulting report on its servers; the result can be saved temporarily in your browser tab as described below. The tool connection map sends the tools you select and your short business description to OpenRouter so it can adapt suggested workflows; it cannot create or connect accounts.
When you request the AI field guide, your email address is sent to Jotform and stored for forvertz so the website can provide the download. Requesting the guide does not subscribe you to marketing emails. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, mobile phone number, selected country, message and selected services or free-tool details are also sent to Jotform. Jotform processes these submissions under its privacy policy. The forms use the EU endpoint associated with our Jotform account. Submission notifications and our replies are also handled by the relevant email providers.
Your unfinished contact-form message remains in the page; the website does not save it in browser storage. The website review and tool map keep their inputs and latest results in session storage so you can edit a request or return from the contact form without starting over. A saved session is restored only if it was updated less than one hour ago. This storage is limited to the browser tab and is cleared when the tab session ends. If you move from a free tool to the contact form, the selected result is held temporarily in session storage so the form can carry it forward; it is cleared when the page reads it. forvertz uses the information you submit to provide the requested resource, review your request, reply and discuss the work. Please share only what is needed for that conversation, and avoid sending passwords or sensitive client records.
After you submit an enquiry, an optional AI conversation can help you add details about your project. A short-lived copy of your submitted form details is kept in your browser tab to connect that conversation to your enquiry; it is removed after the server receives it, or expires after one hour. We store the conversation and each answer in a private database on our hosting service. Written replies are also saved after a short pause while you type, so an unfinished answer can be recovered. The interface shows whether saving has succeeded. A functional, HTTP-only cookie allows you to return to the same conversation in this browser for seven days. Temporary unsent answers may also be held in this browser tab while a connection is unavailable. Your project description, relevant free-tool details and conversation answers are sent through OpenRouter to prepare questions and a project summary; your contact-form name and email fields are not included in that AI request. This conversation does not subscribe you to marketing. You can skip questions or stop at any time.
To prepare a reply, forvertz combines your original enquiry and any saved conversation details in a private notification record on its server. AgentMail delivers these details by email to the person handling your enquiry. This may include clearly marked unfinished typed replies. These notifications are for responding to your request, not for marketing.
The AI tool directory saves bookmarked tool identifiers in local browser storage on this device. The shortlist is not sent to forvertz and can be removed by unbookmarking tools or clearing browser storage.
