Knowledge assistants
Help people find and use information from a defined set of business sources. The scope includes source access, answer quality and a clear way to handle questions the assistant cannot answer.
FORVERTZ / CAPABILITY 01
Forvertz helps businesses put AI into real workflows: research, content, internal knowledge and custom applications. You work directly with Benoit Novel, an independent AI consultant and marketer based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Discuss your projectSTART WITH THE USEFUL QUESTION
The starting point is a task worth improving. Before choosing a model or building an assistant, we look at the information it needs, who will use the result, and what a useful answer looks like. AI implementation connects those decisions to a working tool that fits your business.

Support drafting, summarising and organising information, with a review step before material is published or used. The workflow can bring AI output into the tools your team already works with.
Add a focused AI feature to a customer experience or internal tool. Keep editing, approvals and ordinary application logic around the generated result so that people stay in control.
We define the task and a set of representative examples, check the available data and access requirements, and build a first version. We then compare its output against those examples and review failure cases with the people who will use it. The project scope sets the acceptance criteria, handover and support arrangements.
FROM THE FIELD NOTES
A multilingual publishing application brings AI-assisted content, editable book-cover designs and author review into one experience. It illustrates the approach: useful generation inside a process people can inspect and change. Client details remain private.
Read the publishing field noteConsulting helps define where AI could be useful and what constraints matter. Implementation turns an agreed use case into a working system: connecting information, building the experience, checking outputs and preparing the handover. Forvertz can work across both parts.
That depends on the available APIs, data quality and permissions. We check those first. The solution may use a workflow platform, a custom application, or a combination of the two; it does not need to replace your whole setup.
AI outputs can be wrong. The implementation should make uncertainty visible, use appropriate source information and include human review where mistakes matter. We agree which tasks can run automatically and which need approval, and test representative failure cases.
No. A repeatable task with clear rules may be better served by ordinary automation. AI is useful when the task needs to interpret or generate information; rules and integrations handle the predictable parts.
BRING ME YOUR WHAT-IF
Tell me the task you want to improve, who uses its output, and where the relevant information lives. An example input and the result you wish you had are a useful starting point.
