What is the difference between AI consulting and AI implementation?
Consulting helps define where AI could be useful and what constraints matter. Implementation turns an agreed use case into a working system: connecting information, building the experience, checking outputs and preparing the handover. Forvertz can work across both parts.
Can AI work with our existing tools and information?
That depends on the available APIs, data quality and permissions. We check those first. The solution may use a workflow platform, a custom application, or a combination of the two; it does not need to replace your whole setup.
How do you handle incorrect AI answers?
AI outputs can be wrong. The implementation should make uncertainty visible, use appropriate source information and include human review where mistakes matter. We agree which tasks can run automatically and which need approval, and test representative failure cases.
Do we need AI for every automation?
No. A repeatable task with clear rules may be better served by ordinary automation. AI is useful when the task needs to interpret or generate information; rules and integrations handle the predictable parts.
